Vineyards 21.11.2021

Dense fog is covering Winzendorf. At 2 p.m., a bit of sun shines through the blanket, but still a few wisps still are hanging around. Picturesque photographs seem to be possible. Therefore, without further ado, I take the dogs into the car and drive to the vineyards at the outskirts o the village.

Mist still hanging over Wiener Neustadt.

A few wisps still remaining above Winzendorf.

Winzendorf. The Steinfeld (to the left) is free of mist in some places.

More sunny spells down to Wiener Neustadt. Annual fleabane (Erigeron annuus) still in flower.

A vineyard hut with the view to Bad Fischau.

Weikersdorf in the background to the left.

Still wisps of fog over Winzendorf.

I walk down between two fields to the gravel road below.

Rose hips are getting dry this year with so few rain.

Annual fleabane (Erigeron annuus) between the fields.

Back on the lower gravel road.

Looking to the Fischau mountains.

Sunset behind Winzendorf.

A last view to Wiener Neustadt.

Last sunshine on the slopes.
