A short late afternoon walk from the upper outskirts of Mariasdorf, through fields and forest.
Shortly after Mariasdorf I park my car and start my walk, up the smooth ridge to the right. Snowcovered Wechsel on the horizon.
Small rests of snow even here, ...
... which are, however, ...
... much more pronounced in shady places.
Further through a small wood
... and after the wood to a fruit orchard. Nobody seems to be interested in the apple crop.
Lots of mistletoe on the trees.
Droughty oak leaves.
Reed growing near a wet place.
Now I am walking around a big meadow ...
... and have a look ...
... at the forest ...
... beautifully lit.
A short walk into ...
... the forest ...
... and back once again.
