Hohe Wand 13.11.2018
With today´s high fog, not reaching up too much, I decide for an early start up to Hohe Wand, to see the sunrise over the sea of mist.
At 6:37 I put up my tripod near the Postl inn, to the right of the Skywalk, and wait for the sunrise.
Nothing to say with a view like this.

6:58 a.m. - exactly as forecast, forecast, the upper rim of the sun makes its appearance.
... within a few minutes ...
... rizing up above the horizon.
I quickly changed place with a drive to the Waldeggerhaus - here you get a beautiful view to the opposite direction. Mist above the Miesenbach dale, Schneeberg and Gutenstein Alps are free.
First sunlight on Schneeberg.

I drive to the Kleine Kanzel ...
... and walk to the Wilhelm Eicherthütte. From here, you get a wonderful view to the South and Southeast.
