Dreistetten Frankenhof 19.11.2020

Fleeing the ground mist - a short walk from Dreistetten first heading for Hohe Wand, then branched off to the grassland and fields near the Frankenhof, and back via the Frankenhof and the lower path.

Shortly after the Teichmühle we leave the mist, the upper (Northern) part of the Neue Welt is in the sun..

Behind Muthmannsdorf, on knoll heading for Dreistetten, the view goes over the sea of mist to the Wechsel on the horizon.

We start at the sports field of Dreistetten. Mist covering the Piesting valley, and swirling around ruin Starhemberg.

This is our route, till the upper egde of the grassland, at the foot of Hohe Wand, where we branch off to the left to Frankenhof.

Mist now completely covering ruin Starhemberg.

Walking farther, ...

 ... along the meadows, with a view to Dreistetten. Dahinter Mist "lurking" in behind in direction of Bad Fischau.

Branched off now to the left and heading for the Frankenhof.

On the drive home we have to stop at the horse chestnut alley to admire the view to ruin Emmerberg. Here, the mist starts.
