Bad Fischau/Brunn 15.6.2022
Markus Dürnberger has signed some exemplars of his newest book in the publisher´s bookstore in Berndorf. Afterwards, we "exchanged" books - I got one of his, and he got one of mine. Before exchange, we had a nice walk to the iris meadow near Bad Fischau/Brunn, where adriatic lizard orchids are in full flower now.

Behind the iris meadow, a natural finish meadow leads up to the forest. Mored than 100 adriatic lizard orchids (Himantoglossum adriaticum) are now in full flower there.

I have walked down to a meadow in between two vineyards - just to find, like some years ago, more adriatic lizard orchids (Himantoglossum adriaticum).
